Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has returned to his parent club Chelsea after a season-long loan stint with Championship side, Hull City.
Aina who is hoping for a place in the Nigeria squad to the Russia 2018 World Cup thanked everybody that made is loan spell a memorable even though he admitted that it was quite tough helping the Tigers beat the drop.
Aina was the first of the Chelsea loanees to join the Tigers on a temporary basis in July and went on to make 46 appearances in all competitions.
His one and only goal in a black and amber shirt came in the FA Cup Third Round victory over Blackburn Rovers in January.
Another player of Nigerian descent, FikayoTomori - a third loan signing from Chelsea by Hull City is back in London.
Fikayo arrived on the final day of the summer transfer window and went on to make 26 appearances for the Club in all competition.
It is yet to be seen if there will be spaces for the returning duo at Chelsea to break into the main squad which for now has
